Non-Resident Fees
City of St. Cloud property tax payers subsidize the cost of operating facilities and programs as well as the maintenance of City Parks. Participants and organizations who live outside the city limits of the City of St. Cloud are asked to contribute these to costs through Non-Resident Fees Non-Resident Fees equal 20% of the fee, prior to sales tax
Financial Aid Grants
We want everyone to be able to come out and play! Financial Aid Grants are available to assist those who may have difficulty paying for Recreation programs. Off-Leash Dog Parks
Looking for a place to play with your four-legged friend? Purchase a permit tag at City Hall for one of our three Off-Leash Pet Exercise Areas (Dog Parks) in St. Cloud! Yearly permits are valid June 1st through May 31st and can be used at any of the City’s Dog Parks Purchase an annual permit or try a daily pass at the entrance to each Off-Leash Area for $2. The beauty of St. Cloud's Munsinger Gardens provides the ideal setting for wedding ceremonies and posed photography sessions. This "botanical room" provides a private setting within the beauty of the gardens Ceremonies are held in the Special Events Area on the southern end of Munsinger Gardens. Photography sessions, including weddings, family, senior photos, etc., are allowed by permit throughout the rest of the Munsinger Gardens There is a 50-person limit for all Ceremonies and Photography Sessions in Munsinger Gardens. Additionally, photography sessions may be booked for Clemens Gardens with a 12-person limit. All reservations are scheduled in 2-hour time blocks. These reservations are booked between 4pm-7pm on weekdays; 10am-7pm on Saturdays; and at 10am on Sundays. Reservations are still available for 2024 and 2025; 2026 reservations open January 2nd, 2025.
