First-Come,FirstServed:Sponsorshipopportunitieswillbeextendedtoanybusiness,non-profitagency,governmentalagency organization,orindividualthatwishestohaveapresencewiththeSt.CloudPark&RecreationDepartmentonafirst-come,first-served basis,providedthattheproposedsponsorshipotherwiseconformswiththepoliciesasstatedherein.St.CloudPark&Recreation reservestheright,atitsdiscretion,torefuseanysponsorshiporadvertisingfromanorganization,agency,business,orindividual.
SpecialEvents&ProgrammingAdvertisements:Promotionalmaterialsdisplayedaton-siteeventsandprogramsand/oradvertising adsmustnotincludecontentormessagingintendedtopersuadeorinfluenceattendeestoadoptspecificreligious,political,or ideologicalbeliefs.Thisincludesbutisnotlimitedtoproselytizing,evangelizing,oradvocatingforparticularfaiths,politicalparties,or ideologies.

Indemnification:
ThesponsorshallindemnifyandholdharmlesstheCityofSt.Cloudanditsparkboard,officials,employees, volunteers,andagentsfromandagainstallclaims,damages,losses,andexpensesarisingfromorinanywayconnectedwithany act,omission,wrongfulac,tornegligenceofthesponsororanypersonsconnectedwiththesponsor.Thesponsorwillsimilarly protect,indemnify,andholdharmlesstheCityofSt.Cloudagainstandfromallloss,expense,ordamagetotheCityofSt.Cloud arisingoutofthenegligence,willfulmisconduct,orbreachofthisagreementbythesponsor,itsagents,oremployees.
