Business Management Bachelor of Science | COLLEGE FOR ADULTS About the program Do you want to be a catalyst for change within your organization? With a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from St. Kate’s College for Adults, you will learn to lead people, develop and implement business strategies, manage resources, and market products.

What can I do with a degree in Business Management? Businesses, nonprofits, government agencies and other organizations need skilled professionals to help them lead and manage in a time of rapid change. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, you’ll be prepared to start or advance in a wide variety of business careers, including: • Division or department manager • Sales representative • Sales manager • Human resource specialist • Financial analyst • Management analyst • Business analyst Graduates work across a range of organizations, such as U.S. Bank, 3M, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ecolab, General Mills, Medtronic, Thomson Reuters, U.S. Bank, Boston Scientific, Wells Fargo, government agencies, nonprofits and more. Demand for business managers is growing, according to the U.S. Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). In 2018, according to the BLS, the median annual earnings for management occupations was $104,240.

Bachelor’s-to-Graduate Pathway You may be eligible to complete 1-2 courses in select St. Kate’s graduate programs, such as Business Administration (MBA) or Organizational Leadership (MAOL). Credits will count toward both your bachelor’s and future graduate degree.

Class scheduling / time to completion The major courses meet online, with a combination of synchronous and asynchronous learning formats. The Business Management major may be completed in 21 months. You may need longer to complete liberal arts and elective requirements.
