Dear Prospective Families, Welcome to St Benedict’s Junior School and Nursery. Our Open Morning offers a chance to see the School at first hand and to gain a feel for the warmth, purpose, and energy of daily life here. I hope you will enjoy visiting our classrooms and specialist spaces, meeting colleagues, and speaking with our pupils as you make your way around the School. You will have the opportunity to visit key specialist areas including Art, Design and Technology, Computing, Games and Physical Education, Music, Science, and Spanish. We will also hold two presentations in the Junior School Hall, where you can hear more about our approach to learning, pastoral care, and the values that sit at the heart of our school community. At St Benedict’s, we want children to grow not only in knowledge and skill, but also in confidence, integrity, and kindness. I hope your visit offers a clear picture of that ambition and of the care and attention we give to each child’s development. It is a pleasure to welcome you to the Junior School, and I hope we will have the opportunity to see you again. With best wishes, Rob Simmons
