To enter a bid, the bidder signals the Auctioneer by raising their program booklet.

The Auctioneer will determine the winning bid on all items. Bid receipts will be signed by winning bidder.

All items must be paid for at the cashier’s window prior to leaving –cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted.

All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. Everything will be sold “As Is.” Please read carefully the specifications and stipulations from donors. Auctioneer may announce additional restrictions at the time of the auction.

Items may be removed upon presentation of paid receipt. Special arrangements to claim items may be made at the time of payment.

Values stated in the booklet and by the Auctioneer are only good faith estimates and are not warranted by the Prep for tax purposes or general value.

Unless otherwise specified all auction items and services must be used within one year from May 4, 2024.
