At the end of the day, I was so grateful to e safe-space which allowed us to try and fail without dgment. It was possible to test out the grand vision of “Creating, Connecting and Collaborating”

As the Vice President of Education (VPE) for our club, I've had the opportunity to witness firsthand the transformation that takes place in our members. It has been an absolute pleasure serving in this role and helping our members grow in their communication and leadership skills.

Being the VPE has taught me a lot about organization, planning, and effective communication. It has been a challenging role, but the satisfaction of seeing our members develop and achieve their goals has made it all worth it.

I look forward to see the next VP-Education unlock his / her own potential through this role and excel in his/her career.

Goal-setting: As the VPE, I have been responsible for setting and tracking goals for our club members. It has been an eye-opening experience to see the diverse range of goals that our members have set for themselves and to help them achieve those goals.

Leadership: As part of the club's executive committee, I have had the opportunity to develop my leadership skills. I have learned how to motivate and inspire a team, delegate tasks, and manage conflicts effectively.

Planning events: I have had the chance to plan and organize various events, including speech contests and workshops. It has been an exciting challenge to ensure that each event runs smoothly and is beneficial for our members.

Providing feedback: In my role, I have also provided feedback to our members on their speeches and evaluations. It has been rewarding to see how our members take the feedback and improve their skills with each speech.
