An installation of officers ceremony was officiated in July for the newly elected officers of De Saules Council #2597 in Rio Grande City, Texas. The ceremony was officiated by Diocesan Director of Evangelization Eduardo Saenz; he was assisted by Past District Deputy Danny Gomez.
