You know, things never stay the same. Sometimes good things happen to us. We go to a party, we hear a funny story or see a funny movie. We make a really good friend.

Sometimes new and exciting things happen, even if they’re a little scary at first.

Sometimes someone we know is happy, and then sad. Sometimes bad things happen and we have bad dreams, or we feel sad or mad. Sometimes we feel afraid. Sometimes we don’t know what it is that has happened to us on the inside. It feels strange and weird. All we know is we don’t like it.
