NPT’s Best Non-Profit to Work For 2020

has been ranked as the seventh best nonprofit to work for in 2020 by The NonProfit Times.

This is the first time Starr was named to the list, which is compiled in conjunction with Best Companies Group and recognizes organizations that are leaders in creating quality workplaces. Of 50 nonprofits recognized on this year’s list, Starr Commonwealth ranks seventh out of 50 nonprofits nationwide.
Honorees submit a survey, which evaluates an organization’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. Employees are also given a survey to measure their experience.
