Dear Community Stakeholder, This past September, friends and supporters of Starr Commonwealth came together to celebrate the 4th Annual Night of Starrs. However, instead of gathering on our beautiful campus, we gathered around computer screens. While this feeling was nothing new given the past year we have all experienced, it was nonetheless disheartening to accept. And then something peculiar happened, though in hindsight we should have expected nothing less. Hundreds still gathered. Champions of children were celebrated. And the children of Starr Commonwealth were lifted up in support and admiration for their resilient spirits. None of this is possible without our partners and friends remaining steadfast in their own resilience, despite adversity. To those of you who participated last year, thank you! If this is your first opportunity to stand tall with Starr, welcome—and we can’t wait to show you the incredible work you support. Together, we ignite a movement that resonates across the country and the world. Whether it be community improvement, human services provided, refuge for youth seeking shelter, or inspiration spread through education and arts, we all play vital roles in providing limitless success for all children.
