Developer Ross Closter says the new estate will appeal to anyone seeking a large block in a central location.

“Most new developments are on the fringe of town, so Central Walk is unique,” he says.

Central Walk Drysdale recently received a $1 million beautifully landscaped waterway and recreation area.

“These six-metre sculptures are one of the main features. They look like reeds coming out of the waterway,” Ross explains.

walking trails. The first slabs are being laid within recentlycompleted stages one and two.

Interested buyers should act soon, with more than 40 lots already sold.

“We have a handful of lots left for sale in stages one and two.

We’ve only just released stage three and have sold about eight of 20 that are yet to be developed,” Ross says.

Stages one and two are near a beautiful waterway and recreation area, while three and four are closer to Drysdale’s town centre.

“Blocks are starting from as little as $136,000, so it’s probably some of the cheapest land on the Bellarine Peninsula,” Ross says.
