A tribute to local icon If you’ve lived in the Yarra Ranges for some time or a frequent visitor, the chances are you’ve seen ‘The Walking Man’ on your travels through the region. The man behind the legend was Joe Pulcin, a gentle soul who sadly passed away in July.
