New mosque plan Casey Council has received a planning application to use and develop land in Narre Warren North for a Place of Assembly (Place of Worship). The site, 365-367 Belgrave-Hallam Road was subject to a previous application refused by council in 2016. "The previous application, which council refused in 2016, drew a lot of community interest and concerns around access to and from the site and the impact on residents in the area in terms of traffic, parking and noise," cr Rosalie Crestani said.
