Miss on track Newly-crowned Pakenham Gazette Oaks Day Ambassador Olivia Kershaw and fiveyear-old mare Toorak Miss are set to hit the track for this year’s Pakenham Gazette Oaks Day. While Olivia will help judge fashions on the field and have the honour of presenting the trophy for the Pakenham Gazette Handicap, the Gareth Andrews trained Toorak Miss
will appear in the day’s Sportsbet Racing Form BM58 Handicap. Olivia is sure to be among the best dressed at Thursday’s event thanks to Embellish at Pakenham, which has outfitted her with a stunning dress, hat, clutch and shoes. As part of her prize, Olivia will have her hair and make-up done by Officer’s Opal Hair and she will be driven to the race course in a
courtesy car provided by Isuzu Pakenham. Held on Thursday 8 November; the Pakenham Gazette Oaks Day is where fashion, first-class racing and lavish dining and hospitality come together. Punters can bet up close and personal with jockeys and trainers while enjoying all of the racing action right from the mounting yard to the winning post.
