Sculpting Coldstream Coldstream residents are invited to help shape the look and feel of their town at a workshop on Tuesday, 10 October. Coldstream Community Voice, Boral Australia and Yarra Ranges Council are working together to bring an artistic sculpture or landmark to Main Street, Coldstream and Yarra Ranges Council wants to hear what residents have to say about future plans for the Main Street. A path linking Coldstream’s shopping and housing precincts and Coombe Estate, constructed by council this year, includes resting points which provide blank canvases for artwork, plantings, seating and historical information and Boral is contributing $50,000 to commission a local artist to develop the artwork. For more information on the project visit www.yarraranges. vic.gov.au/Lists/Latestnews/Help-pave-the-way-for-acompelling-historic-walk.
