Last fortnight we discussed who you can utilise in order to help you understand how much you can borrow, and which lenders you can use which best suit your individual circumstances.

Developers do a great job in estates with infrastructure, parklands and shopping centres - they are well manicured and well maintained!

This will help build equity in your home to utilise at a later stage when you buy your dream home, on your dream block of land.

And finally, thanks to the Victorian State Governments’ commitment to first home buyers, pushing into regional areas like Drouin and Warragul will assist with your deposit - from 1 July, regional buyers are entitled to a $20,000 home buyers grant. Something worthy of more than just a thought!
