New mall for shopping centre The next phase of the redevelopment of Rose City Shoppingworld was unveiled this week with the opening of the centre’s new mall. McConaghy Group Managing Director Robert McConaghy said the redevelopment at the shopping centre was making strong progress and Monday saw a group of stores open in their permanent, new positions. “It is good news that we can now announce that a group of our retailers have unveiled their new stores,” Mr McConaghy said. “These stores have taken on a new location with a brand new fit-out and they are excited to be one of the first openings in this redevelopment process.” Continued page 3
