Protest a bummer and is calling for legislative changes to allow councils the power to designate nude beaches within their local government area. Australian Sex Party Queensland president Mark McGovern said the Sex Party was attempting to change legislation by writing to the Attorney General and Police Minister. Mr Bristow also claimed Noosa Council had turned their backs on the unofficial clothing optional beach
