BUYERS’ FIELD OF DREAMS The sun was shining as the first stage of Ramlegh Springs on Clyde hit the market recently with buyers lining up to claim their share of Clyde North’s best new address.

“With land prices in such a fantastic development starting from just $123,000, and with front yard landscaping by the award winning Flemings Nurseries included in the land price, it was little wonder we had 13 home sites snapped up by lucky buyers on the day,” Ramlegh Springs Estate manager Trudi Kerr said of the Saturday sale.

Despite overnight temperatures below 10 degrees leading up to the launch, first homebuyer Michael Burgoyne and his young family had their hearts set on a 544 square metre block located across the road from Ramlegh Park.

So he spent three cold nights camping outside the sales office to ensure they were first in line to claim their land when doors opened at 9am.

from the busy Clyde Road, tucked away on former farmland on an idyllic and peaceful patch of Clyde North countryside,” Trudi said.
