In this, you will find out what the monthly, quarterly or annual costs are for the owners’ corporation. It’s also worth getting additional information on the property. You

can ask for this from the agent who will either be able to provide it or ask for it from the vendor. Some common questions to ask the agent include: have there been issues with parking, rubbish bins or gardens? All of these can cause issues in medium density living.
