LIVING IN THE CLOUD

The Smart Store Is Always Open Online ®

Online services are one of the fastest growing ways of consuming content these days. These so-called “cloud” services are so popular because we like our media fast, convenient, and on-demand. However, whether it’s ebooks from Amazon or movies from Netflix that convenience comes with a cost: commercials or monthly fees. Now there’s a smarter way…we have over half a million ebooks, shows, and more available 24/7 from our online library and apps. You get all of the ease of the cloud, but since we’re the place where everything is free® you’ll never pay a dime or endure another commercial. Now that’s smart!

Then later, while she was working on her degree in journalism, she found a love for African American literature. “I am always thrilled to read at a library not only for nostalgic reasons,” said Terry McMillan, “but because I have so much respect for libraries…I look forward to hearing the books whisper." Her books have done their share of “whispering” since she burst onto the

Now she’s back with her latest, I Almost Forgot About You, the story of a woman’s incredible journey through her past loves to answer one question—“What if?” Terry will speak at the Canton Palace Theatre on February 15th, followed by a Q&A session and book signing.
