We Are All Incredibly Unique Individuals.

No two people are exactly alike. I know I don’t have to tell you that, but maybe a reminder doesn’t hurt.

Your body, your conscious and subconscious minds, and your soul are all one-of-a-kind creations.

And since your dreams come from your one-of-a-kind subconscious, you would be the only one who can understand them.

Maybe others can help you with their own insights, but in the end, it’s your dream. It’s your message. It’s your teaching and it’s tailor-made for you.

Your subconscious will use images and symbols differently than the way your best friend or brother would use them.

The dream is your unique messaging service.

Consulting another person or a dream dictionary is like seeking help from a hospital and medical doctor. They tend to follow protocols rather than map out a treatment plan uniquely for you.

And just like medicine and healing are not one-size-fits-all, dream interpretation is not one-size-fits-all either.

No two psyches are exactly alike. Our dreams are indigenous to each one of us. So it’s really best that we learn to interpret our information- and portentgiving dreams for ourselves.

Why refer to a book when we have the ability to interpret our own dreams? And with the technique I’m about to share with you, your interpretations will be accurate.

“…the brain creates a synthesis from melatonin called pinoline, and it is a hallucinogen that simply re-forms the body according to attitude. Part of dreams are not prophetic; they are the subconscious giving pictures to the body… [which] are transferred into chemicals and electrical conduits so that every part of the body is repaired during sleep. The dreaming brain is sending messages to the body to be healed." —The Transcendent Pleiadian Lord God Ramtha in When Fairy Tales Do Come True*

Dreams Are Pointers.

WhenWhen a dream is extremely vivid you tend to remember it. Maybe you wake up from the dream like I do and sit in your bed holding your head saying, “Wow. What was that?!”

Maybe your dream was super strange or frightening. You wonder how in the world your mind could possibly be the source of the dream.

Do you ask yourself the questions: What was the purpose of this dream? What was my subconscious trying to tell me?

Dreams are provocative. They’re intended to get you to ask these questions of yourself.

As dreams poke and prod, they can be demanding. They’re pressing you to face the messages they display on the movie screen of your mind.

There are times the dream will provide you with signs and portents of the future. Other times the dream will show you events of the past in a whole new light.

The dream gives us super-vision to look further down the road or just around the corner.

They might validate a philosophy you have and have been wondering if it is true.

The dream will warn you about potential pitfalls if you don’t make certain changes in your life.

Working With Dreams Develops a Sharper Mind.

Maybe you haven’t been aware of a blind spot you have in your character. (We all have them.) If you’re lucky, the dream will show it to you very graphically.

You’ll be forced to look unless you wake yourself up from the dream to avoid it.

Perhaps you’ve been thinking of someone and she pops up in a dream playing another role. You notice it’s a different relationship than the one you have in waking life. The dream wants you to know the real truth about your relationship. You can use this information to help transform your relationship or at least understand it better.

Your dreams will often point out to you how you’re still running on old mental recordings. These are recordings of past events that bothered you an awful lot. And the dream is pointing out that after all this time you still haven’t abandoned the past to create the fresh and new.

In other slightly more scientific words, over time we’ve built up a lot of destructive neural pathways in the brain. These pathways are like thick heavy trunk lines made of negative thought and memory neurons.

The dream is pointing out that you need to repurpose, reconstruct and redirect these neural pathways. It’s trying to empower you to create the good, the beautiful and the true. It wants you to be free to create the life you really want to live.

The past will always keep us stuck if we dwell on it. And if we fear that certain events will return to haunt us they most surely will.

because we ve repressed emotions and traumas from the past. We haven’t been willing to integrate the emotions and traumas as part of who we are.

*Defining the Master. United Kingdom, JZK Publishing, 2000.
…the dreaming brain… is the holographic brain that is responsible for another level of teaching, the quantum world of particles and energy.” —The Transcendent Pleiadian

Instead, we ran from or shunned them and now the dream forces us to look.

Realize that both your negative and positive emotions are vital parts of you. You must support these emotions to begin their journey to your surface awareness so you can integrate them.

Embrace even the negative ones for who they’ve caused you to be in this best moment of your life right now.

Appreciate that your all-knowing subconscious is shining light on an aspect of life you must pay attention to.

Value the way your dreams are trying to help you work out nagging issues. Then work with them.

In either case, pay close attention to the details in your dream because dreams offer solutions.

The dream may seem reactive but it is truly proactive.

It is a teaching tool. It will pave for you an avenue for self-development and growth. There almost couldn’t be a better teaching method.

Thank your beautiful subconscious, your brain, and your Overself for pointing out the truth to you.

If You Don't Remember Your Dreams You Can Quickly Turn That Around.

It’s important to remember your dreams so you can decipher them and work them out in your waking life.

If you don’t remember many of your dreams and would like to, you can make a decree.

Declare “I am the dream” or “I remember my dreams” before you go to sleep. This works.

In the morning, if you know you had a dream but can’t remember it, summon it back. Do this by decreeing, “I command that memory of my dream comes to me now.” Over the next couple hours, your full recall of the dream will probably come to you.

Be patient. Trust and know you will remember and you will.

Any moment you awaken from a dream that feels important, write it down while you still remember it. Be disciplined about this. Don’t tell yourself at the time that you’ll definitely remember it because chances are you won’t.

Keep a notebook by your bed. It’s much easier to get it down on paper when it’s fresh. Trying to recall it later when you’ve forgotten it completely will be much more challenging.

Recurring Dream Elements Are Major Life Lessons.

You may have recurring dreams or recurring elements in dreams. This is the dream’s way of saying:

“Hey, how many times do I have to show you this before you do something about it?!”

For years I dreamed about taking a final math exam when I haven’t attended class all semester. I’m anxious and worried. The test is full of mathematical equations that look all too complicated at first glance. I take the test but then I never find out if I passed or not.

I often dream about stairwells and massive flying ‘planes’ and white expansive futuristic shopping malls. At least, that’s how my brain is computing them.

I seem to be lost in the mall or on a flight of stairs. The stairs are wide and probably three times as high as a standard flight of stairs.

But I also find it all very beautiful as I’m wandering feeling lost. And sometimes I encounter the spectacle wearing ‘map lady’ in one little store in the mall. I ask her to help me and she opens up a map to point the way.

All these recurring elements are unique to me and so is the interpretation of each. As I said before, I’ve never been one for looking up dreams in dream interpretation books. I’ve just known intuitively that the dreams are mine and mine alone to interpret and understand.

Sometimes a Dream Is Not Really a Dream.

Sometimes what you think is a dream is actually an out-of-body travel experience to another dimension.

Sometimes it’s an actual ‘close encounter of the third kind.’

But there’s a way to tell the difference:

They make a lot of sense right out of the gate.

The common dream is full of twists and turns, imagery and symbology, or treachery or chaos.

The close encounter, celestial travel experience is more straightforward. It progresses like a cohesive story and doesn’t leave you mystified about its meaning.

In fact, you clearly know what was said to you, what you experienced, and how you felt.

This travel or uptake ‘dream’ almost always leaves you feeling full of wonder and amazement.

You will usually wake up from such an experience with full memory of it. If your memory isn’t complete, something invariably happens during the day to trigger full recall.

That’s your subconscious at work then too.

You’ll recognize the travel ‘dream’ as a highly profound learning experience that gave you divine gifts. It will leave you feeling enormously gratified.

You Must Trust the Dream As Author and Audience

But you will feel gratified by your subconscious dreams, too, provided you work with them.

You must learn to trust the dream and your ability to decipher it.

Become adept at reading many of your dreams’ patterns and elements. It’s exciting.

It will propel you to make changes in your life to take action concerning the issues presented. But if you ignore these subconscious messages, your growth as a person will be much slower.

You see, the dream expects a return from you. It expects an accountable grownup response from a person who clearly wants to be all he or she is. It is not looking for the reaction of a victim.

If you opt out or shut the dream down, you’re not in control. You’re not acting as Master of your being.

This can be as harmful as shutting out the waking world.

People often say or feel, “The dream happened to me,” when, in fact, they created the dream.

You are both the dream’s author and audience.

The dream is an out-picturing of everything your life is based on. It’s showing you the actual true foundation on which you’ve built your life. And what it shows you may sometimes shock you, but work with it.

You are not the victim of your dream. Work with the truth the dream reveals to you as victor and creator of the dream.

As creator you have the power to change your dreams or alter their course. And you change the dream by changing your

attitudes. The dream has helped you to recognize exactly which attitudes must be changed.

Fear and Dreams Are There to Teach Us Courage.

The entity within you that creates the dream is fundamentally optimistic and free. It is powerful and brilliant, imaginative and insightful.

It’s wise to truly look at what the dream is showing you in such a brilliant way.

And it may help to have some tools to do this.

Like a valiant hero making a conquest, you must face the dream’s imperative full on. Face it and claim your dream creation as your own.

The dream can be somewhat illusive. It resides in the arena of the unknown after all. This dark void mirrors truths to you about your dark side (and we all have a dark side). You might be afraid to look. This is very understandable. This is why a method for understanding the dream can be such a gift.

Fear is there to teach you courage.

But to face the dark void you need to feel empowered, strong, and maybe even invincible...

This Is the Dream Interpretation Technique for the Spiritual Warrior.

You must be the hero, the avatar who champions the lady holding the grail. You must be the warrior who slays the monster, walks through thick fog, or trudges through swamps.

You may need to smash walls, face an evil predator, or descend into the Underworld. Use this technique not just for frightening dreams but also for confusing, confounding, or chaotic dreams. Dreams don’t have to be terribly ominous to warrant using this simple technique.

I first encountered the cave concept of this technique in a book by Catherine Shainberg, Ph.D. Her Kabbalah and the Power of Dreaming* book discusses dreams and their power so well. And over time, I’ve expanded on the concept for my best use of the method.

I recently used this technique for the math exam dream mentioned earlier, by the way. I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner since I’ve used this approach all along for other dreams. Perhaps I had a fear of looking.

When you’ve awakened from a dream you want to understand, be quiet and still and breathe. You can be sitting upright or laying down. Be comfortable and breathe steadily and fully. You don’t have to make a big deal out of the breath. Just allow your breath to center and calm you.

With your eyes closed, see your dream in your mind’s eye represented by a cave that’s pitch black inside. You will soon enter your dream—the cave—to gain clarity.

3 4

The dark cave standing before you may be hewn out of stone or present its doorway on the side of a mountain. There may be trees all around. It may be night or day. Whatever way you desire to picture the cave is perfect for you.

As you stand before the cave, clad yourself as a full-on hero. Create your avatar.

Deck yourself out in clothing: armor • leather • a warrior prince or princess’ garb • combat gear • army gear viking garb • tribal regalia

Gather your weapons:

bow and arrows • sword excalibur • shield • trident torch • spear • rope

ninja throwing stars

ninja stick • axe • sickle baton • a legion of faeries magic wand • guardian angel • an impenetrable shield of light

Just have fun with it. (I often like to dress similar to Xena: Warrior Princess!)

When you feel ready, still with eyes closed, but envisioning the numerals in your mind's eye, count down from 3 to 1 slowly. See the numeral 3 very large vanishing to make way for 2, large but smaller. Then on to number 1.

8

9 10

When the number 1 vanishes, walk without hesitation into the dark blackness of the cave. Standing in the cave, ask silently or out loud:

“What is the significance of in my dream?”

Then simply wait. Try not to think. Just wait. If your mind goes into action to furtively find an answer, be at peace. Let those thoughts pass and wait calmly and expectantly. An answer should bubble up relatively quickly. Then move on to the next dream element you wish to understand and ask again. Wait for the meaning to be revealed to you. And repeat the process until you’ve received answers for all the elements of your dream.

You may see another image while in the cave or you may hear a message or phrase. Some of these very wise responses may surprise you. Or on the surface, they may seem to have nothing to do with the image or scenario. That is perfect and right for you. The meanings will come to you shortly if they are not immediately evident, but most will be.

With this dream interpretation practice, you are now allowing your muscles of intuiting to respond to the call of your mysterious dream.

You are creating a dynamic contact with the dream’s images.

You may be blown away by the revelations you receive. There will be revelations about yourself you might never have gained otherwise.

You're in the driver’s seat now. Continue to approach your dream interpretation practice with confidence and trust.

This is a skill you will improve the more you practice. If you don’t have success initially this only means you need to relax and practice more. A consistent meditation practice will help you strengthen your neural pathways for such psycho-mystical work as dream interpretation.

ThisEndnotes Concerning Sources and Bibliography

This world demands we must always include a bibliographical list of traditionally published sources in order for a book to be taken seriously.

But at what point will we allow those who write spiritual books, in particular, and perhaps even other types of books to be able to say that specific knowledges they’ve shared come from within them?

Can we not accept the author has garnered information from the farreaching Totality of his or her Being that truly knows and then trust ourselves to discern if it is truth or not? I am asking you to do this.

If we trace back each book’s bibliography to the bibliographies for those source books and so on all the way back, at some point we get to ground zero.

How do we even know those sources are accurate? History is written by the victors as they say. Just because it’s printed or published doesn’t necessarily make it so.

I would rather give you mystical guidance from my heart and knowledges I’ve endeavored to receive from the highest place possible while sharing intimate experiences I’ve actually lived rather than recycle other peoples’ information and ideas.

Wherever appropriate, I have provided footnotes on corresponding pages with citation details in page footnotes.

As a Starseed Child You Were Visited by Time Traveling Extraterrestrial Beings

Fulfill Your Mission As Starseed On Planet Earth

Like me and all other starseeds, friendly extraterrestrial beings visited you during your childhood. They visited you many times and for many reasons but with one main purpose. They came to support you to fulfill your mission as starseed time traveler on 3D Earth.

So long ago, they embedded codes of light within you with information you must remember now.

And you can remember them.

Here’s How It Happened for Me

One morning many years ago, I had what I thought was a very unusual lucid dream. Decades later, I discovered it was not a dream at all but a memory. This memory from my childhood bubbled to the surface of my mind with incredible clarity.

I saw a number of kindly extraterrestrial beings visit me as an 8-year-old one hot Summer day in Michigan.

First I saw a blinding flash of light. I called for my mother but the ETS had safely partitioned her away. A dozen beings walked single file around the side of our house and into our living room. They sat with me in a circle and we spoke to each other telepathically.

D Earth. would had all our e codes ’d hen ng us in ns fully future ny times ETs u now.

But you must remember them first and there is a way to do it.

The memory I’ve shared with you was ‘timed’ for recall for a reason. After that first memory, I embarked on a mission to remember more of them.

That visit’s keycodes told me it’s my station to help you remember your childhood visitations too. And I knew that I needed to find a method to pass on to you.

Supported by that lucid memory, I went on seven-year-long quest to find that method. I wrestled so much with an overactive anxious mind that kept getting in the way.

But then one day, finally and without even trying the light went on.

And even more than that, I discovered the full-blown technique of conscious time travel.

You Can Learn to Time Travel Consciously

I began my years long journey to learn to time travel by revisiting my childhood ET visitations. And I truly believe you should too. Once you can remember your visitations, you can use the same method to journey through time, space and dimension.

You Are Your Own Time Travel Machine: Learn to Consciously Travel Time, Space and Dimensions is the crown jewel of my books.

You’re a starseed because you’ve been led to my platform here. And as starseed, you have many important and very exciting discoveries to make.

I hope you’ll consider my book which is featured on the next page. I’m here for you to give you assistance if you feel you need it after reading the book and applying what you learn.

“Some of you may uncover the events of extraterrestrial contact [to teach you] that all of you had when you were children... Such things have been buried by the human emotional body because it is very sensitive to judgment and the mental body passes tremendous judgment... You blocked out these events because you were not given the support to believe they truly occurred... The records are there, so you will replay them.”
