SHORTAGES
If shipment is received short from a carrier, then a freight claim must be filed immediately with that carrier. Our responsibility ceases when we receive the signed bill of lading. If a shortage occurs within sealed cartons, we must have a shortage report within 10 days of receipt of merchandise for verification. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or pilferage in transit. Claims for same must be filed with carrier.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
All past due accounts will be subject to a 2% per month late fee (24% per annum or the highest percentage permitted by law, whichever is lower) on any past due balances. In addition to the balance due and any late fee(s), account agrees to pay all costs and expenses of collection including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
