Summer Explorers 2024 Flyer

Ahoy, Explorers! Welcome to St. Anne’s School’s 2024 Summer Explorers Summer Camp. Our camp is for adventurers aged 3.5 to 5 years old and includes eight separate weeks of fun, themed explorations. Special “Expert Explorers” join us each week to help us dive further into the week’s theme. We break out our water toys on Fun in the Sun Fridays for some extra splashin’ around. Summer Explorers camp runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday (unless noted below) with optional before and after care add-ons. Camp is $375 per week and multi-week discounts are available. Please note that campers must be fully potty trained to attend Summer Explorers camp with us, and while we provide a healthy, daily snack, we ask that campers bring their own water bottle and nut-free lunch. We look forward to a summer of exploring, playing, and learning together!

WEEK 1: June 17 - June 21 (Closed 6/19) TIME: 9:00am-3:00pm *Before & After Care Add-Ons Available EXPERT EXPLORER: Mr. Jon & Friends COST: $375 Summer is full of reasons to celebrate! It’s time to enjoy the outdoors, play with friends, and cool down with sweet, icy treats. Pack your sunscreen, sunglasses, and beach towel to join us for our Summer Kick-Off Celebration featuring an amazing musical and comedy performance by none other than Parents’ Choice Award winner, Mr. Jon & Friends!

WEEK 2: June 24 - June 28 TIME: 9:00am-3:00pm *Before & After Care Add-Ons Available EXPERT EXPLORER: The Science Guys COST: $375 Let’s stir up some fun and create an explorative experience in the world of science. Campers will make chemical reactions, magical potions, colorful creations, and meet our special guest, The Science Guys! These interesting and sometimes silly experiments will keep campers curious and inspire innovation. Come and try some fun and creative science experiments with us!

WEEK 3: July 1 - July 3 (Closed 7/4 & 7/5) TIME: 9:00am-3:00pm *Before & After Care Add-Ons Available EXPERT EXPLORER: Eco Adventures COST: $250 This week we will be bringing the zoo to St. Anne’s School! Each day we will learn about animals and the great outdoors. We will have outdoor adventures with child-led explorations. We will also have a special animal surprise from Eco Adventures. This week is sure to bring out the zoologist in each of our campers!

WEEK 4: July 8 - July 12 TIME: 9:00am-3:00pm *Before & After Care Add-Ons Available EXPERT EXPLORER: Mr. and Mrs. Claus COST: $375 Who wants holiday cheer only once a year? Christmas in July is a chance to get into the holiday spirit before the actual holiday rush. We will celebrate with our favorite reindeer games, enjoy some festive goodies, learn holiday traditions from near and far, and even receive a special visit from Mr. and Mrs. Claus! Let’s cool down from the summer heat and bring a winter wonderland to our camp.

WEEK 5: July 15 - July 19 TIME: 9:00am-3:00pm *Before & After Care Add-Ons Available EXPERT EXPLORER: Jacquie McDonald COST: $375 This week we will be going around the world in 5 days. We will make our way through Italy, India, Mexico, Germany, and Rwanda. Each day we will learn about a new country and their culture.

We will try food, play games, make art, listen to music, and learn about each locale from special guests including our very own Lower School Music Teacher Jacquie McDonald. Grab your passports because we have a big trip ahead!

WEEK 6: July 22 - July 26 TIME: 9:00am-3:00pm *Before & After Care Add-Ons Available EXPERT EXPLORER: To be announced soon!

COST: $375 It’s time to dig out your hardhats and put on your tool belts. Get ready to read, play, and learn through activities related to building, creating, digging, and construction! We’ll get our campers wheel’s turning as we introduce STEAM concepts through hands-on games and activities.

WEEK 7: July 29 - August 2 TIME: 9:00am-3:00pm *Before & After Care Add-Ons Available EXPERT EXPLORER: Eco Adventures COST: $375

Calling all Paleontologists! Come roar and stomp your way into some fun as we explore the Jurassic world and its incredible creatures. We will enjoy some guest creatures from Eco Adventures and even make a volcano erupt. It’s sure to be a T-rific time.

carnival of curiosities WEEK 8: August 5 - August 9 TIME: 9:00am-3:00pm *Before & After Care Add-Ons Available EXPERT EXPLORER: Daisy the Clown COST: $375

This week we will bring the magic of a carnival to camp! We will combine learning with fun. There will be many exciting activities for our campers to experience including a visit from Daisy the Clown. We will make and play our own games, enjoy crafts, and some magic tricks. Time to pop some popcorn and start clowning around!

SUMMER EXPLORERS CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY: To receive a refund on your purchased tickets for Summer Explorers Camp, you must notify the Camp of your cancellation request by Monday, May 6, 2024. A refund will be issued for your selected dates once your written cancellation request is received. To cancel, please send a written cancellation notice to Tracy Edlich, Director of Summer Explorers Camp, at tedlich@st.annesschool.org.
