Stanlandic Constitution Preamble This document is made for the explanation of our government. How our political system works and who makes the decisions in our micronation. Citation This document shall be cited as the “Governmental Stanlandic Constitution”. Commencement This document shall commence into law immediately after the signing of this document.
Chapter 1: The Government Article 1 - The Government The Leader has the most power in the land and has the most choice. If the Leader can’t choose, the Royals will discuss. If they can’t decide, the people will have a democratic vote for it. Article 2 - Duties and Powers The Leader shall have the duties of: • Regulate the currency; • Declare war; • Maintain foreign affairs; • Enforce and execute the Constitution; • Maintain, propose, and question legislation; • Ensure that Stanland operates to the best of our abilities;
