TrakCare continues to rate highly. A 99.99% KPI measure of scheduled availability allows our healthcare professionals system reliability, enabling them to concentrate on what they do best - caring for patients. We have continually kept the TrakCare product at the latest available release level, ensuring that we have the most recent developments within reach. Planning has already begun to move to the recently-released T2021 version. This version includes new features inspired by the rapid response of healthcare organisations around the world to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. The InterSystems’ IRIS product has enabled us to communicate electronically to the doctors’ rooms, delivering reports and images automatically, reliably and e ciently. The patient portal, Personify Care, has been enhanced to more e ectively and e ciently collect and deliver the information required to streamline the pre-admission and admission processes. Personify Care is also used to assist with post-visit communications to the patient, using follow-up protocols, leveraging latest technology devices. The new intranet site went live in January 2021, running on a Microsoft SharePoint platform. Importantly, our document management system was able to be included. Policies and procedures and manual processes were reviewed and replaced with electronic workflows using userfriendly Microsoft applications. SharePoint provides us with a base to expand and grow our intranet development into the future. Work continues, as improvements are constantly being considered. As COVID-19 challenges continue, work-from-home capability and security review has been a constant; firewall systems have been upgraded and anti-virus solutions enhanced. Other systems implemented and upgraded throughout the past year include the internal Cisco phone systems, payment gateways, desktop technologies, and Wi-Fi networks.
