As we follow Christ and are faithful in our calling, walk together, and serve together, that naturally pours into people around us, in and through our community, into the neighborhood, and ultimately into the world. Therefore, the impact of our living as a Neighborhood Church is far beyond what we can see, control or contain. Bearing fruit in every good work. The metaphor of fruit is simple – you don’t work to produce fruit. It comes organically out of who you are. In the same way we don’t seek to create Global Impact, God allows it to happen through us naturally as we learn what it means to know, trust, love and follow Jesus Christ.

Beginning the weekend of January 2/3, we will kick off the new year with an all-new sermon series called Global Impact based on Colossians Welcome to St. Andrew’s! I’m Chap Clark, and I have the joy of serving as Lead Pastor here at St. Andrew’s. We’re so grateful that you are taking a moment to look through our Winter Brochure! Each season our church staff puts together this publication informing you of all the life-changing opportunities coming up in the life of our church, and I pray it helps you find new ways to make meaningful connection with others, and to grow in your relationship with God.

St. Andrew’s Creative Institute (SACI) LAUNCHING IN JANUARY An all new music and creative arts institute for the young people in our community. Group and private lessons begin January 11, 2021. Contact Joe Cristina at joec@sapres.org.
LEARN ABOUT SACI SACI begins with three tracks: SACI Voice, SACI Rhythm, and SACI Strings and Woodwinds. All classes are taught by local professionals handpicked to not only be good instructors, but also a good influence on your child’s life and faith. Today’s students are tomorrow’s strength: entrepreneurs, doctors, teachers, and pastors. At SACI we’re preparing young people with skills, knowledge, and values that will last a lifetime. We’re preparing them to learn and lead into the future. SACI programs and schedules are designed to accommodate young students, 5th through 8th grade, in after school programs to help teach them in Instrumental & Vocal Music, Photography, Video Production, Art, and Culinary Arts. At the same time, we will guide our students with Christian values.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND SCHOLARSHIPS Thanks to the support of SACI, donors, and parents, our students have the opportunity to develop their talents and unlock their potential. We provide financial support through need-based tuition relief, low-cost instrument rental, and music supplies so that motivated students can participate in our programs regardless of economic circumstance. SACI is devoted to providing students the opportunity to grow through music by removing financial, geographic, and personal barriers, allowing them to pursue a life of excellence, accomplishment, and fulfillment.

“Devoted” CHRONOLOGICAL BIBLE STUDY TUESDAYS @ 9:30 - 11:30 A.M. | ZOOM “As It Was Prophesied.” The New Testament contains numerous citations that originate in the major and minor prophet books of the Old Testament. We continue our study of these prophets, with special focus on God’s pleadings with his people to come back to him. Every day we have assigned reading and journaling, and each week we share this with our group. Our teacher, Timberly Eckelmann, provides in-depth instruction about select verses or events. Contact women@sapres.org for info about registration, study materials, and Zoom meetings.
“Deeper” THURSDAYS @ 9:30 - 11:30 A.M. THE PLAZA Join us as we take a deep dive into the book of Nehemiah and our theme for this year of “God’s Favor for His Plans.” Come discover what relevant and timely truths God has to say to us today from the last book of Old Testament history. Discover how God puts into the heart of a government official to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem in a way that causes even all of their enemies to see that it was done with God’s help. We plan to gather, following social distancing guidelines of our church, each week for a live teaching and small group discussion. Preregistration is required, sapres.org/women. Questions?
