YOUR CHANNEL SHOULD ALWAYS BE ON RED CHANNEL 1.

You will have a 2-4 extra radio batteries, this is based on store census. Make sure to remove the extra battery from the charging dock before placing the radio on the dock to charge.

ENSURE THAT THE RADIO IS PLACED FACE DOWN ON THE CHARGING DOCK. SEE PHOTO TO THE LEFT FOR PROPER CHARGING.

THE METAL DOTS ON THE RADIO AND CHARGING DOCK MUST CONNECT.

ONLY USE ONE OF THE TWO CLONING SPACES WHEN PAIRING THE HEADSETS.

If you are unable to talk using the headpiece button, press the center PPT button to talk. If this works, the earpiece is bad NOT the radio.
