As an Assistant Store Leader, she is expected to drive positive business results during her shifts, regardless if she's designated as the Butterfly on Duty (BOD). Rachel frequently fails to embrace company initiatives and help lead fellow associates through positive change management; choosing to instead challenge new initiatives in an unproductive and disruptive manner.

Action Steps Rachel is expected to consistently adhere to Stand Out For Good, Inc's. guest service expectations as detailed in the Voice of the Guest (VOG) program, and contribute to the store team achieving 90% or better on VOG shops 90% of the time. Rachel is also expected to consistently achieve 50% or better BOD success segments. Rachel is expected to set a positive example in embracing new initiatives and helping lead the team through change.
