Email to initiate background check process New Hire Backgound Check Process
All New Hires (Full-time & Part-time) will be sent an email to complete their background check. The background check email will be sent from - Support@turn.ai. They will also be sent a follow-up text to remind them that this needs to be completed. It is crucial that the background check is completed timely due to this being a measurable on the store’s Healthcheck. All new hires will show up on the “New-Hire Report” during the week they are hired and the following week anyone on this report will automatically be sent the background check and reminder text message. To complete the background check, the new hire will click on “Start Background Check Now”
