Staff at the College Nursery were recently rewarded with the news that they had been rated ‘Good’ at their latest Ofsted inspection in January 2023.
Brogan Rainey, who was recently recognised for her impact through partnership, was ecstatic with the result. “My team and I are pleased with our Ofsted report, we feel it recognises and celebrates the hard work, dedication and passion that our practitioners put into their roles daily.”
We extend our congratulations to all the hard-working staff at the Nursery.

TWICE A REFUGEE, NOW IEG STUDENT OF THE YEAR: FAISAL’S STORY OF RESILIENCE AND DETERMINATION
Faisal Mokhammad-Aiup was originally from Afghanistan but became a refugee at the age of nine and was sent to live in Ukraine. After living in Ukraine for 25 years, he became a refugee again and was able to escape the war and arrived in the UK in 2022.
In May, Faisal was awarded Student of the Year at the Inspire Education Group Student Awards after being recognised for consistently displaying unwavering dedication and becoming a role model for his peers through his commitment to overcoming challenges and surpassing expectations. Along with earning Faisal this prestigious award, his remarkable ability to rise above obstacles has given others the inner strength to strive for excellence.

MAURA DONNELLY RETIRES FROM INSPIRE EDUCATION GROUP AGED 83
After an illustrious career spanning decades, Maura Donnelly has announced her retirement at the remarkable age of 83. As Maura begins her well-deserved retirement journey, the IEG community extends their warmest wishes for a fulfilling and joyful next chapter.

PAUL DONSCHAK WINS COLLEGE TUTOR/ LECTURER OF THE YEAR AWARD AT LINCOLNSHIRE EDUCATION EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2023
Paul Donschak, maths and physics lecturer at Stamford College, has been honoured with the prestigious College Tutor/Lecturer of the Year Award at the Lincolnshire Education Excellence Awards 2023.
The nomination for this award came from Assistant Principal, Marilyn Kennedy, who highlighted Paul’s exceptional commitment, outstanding teaching abilities and personal dedication to his students.
