For The Invocation of Virgo, Orion, Ursa Major, Leo, and Hercules 2013 The profile of these objects was formed by plotting the location of stars in each constellation into 3-dimensional space. Each point on the profile represents the location of one star in the constellation, the line connecting the points representing the distance between stars in light years. The point closest to the viewer is the star closest to earth, the point furthest, the star furthest into outer space. These particular constellations appeared in the night sky directly above Houston on the evening of the original opening of CTRL+Print. In For The Invocation of Virgo, Orion, Ursa Major, Leo, and Hercules, a direct link is made between digital space and outer space. The virtual space of the digital is analogous to the void, the universe, the infinite and unknown. Creating form in digital space is akin to ways in which humans have always attempted to map intangible systems, to impose knowns onto great unknowns. This is the newest iteration in the history of our attempts to make the immeasurable measurable, this limit-eschewing tendency which has preoccupied humanity since the beginning of civilization.

paperPlates 2015 Flat pack compostable plates designed in collaboration with the chef behind Culturizm, a pop-up restaurant series that creates dinners based on locally foraged food. Design files will be shared with purveyors of food carts as an alternative to mass-produced wares.
A Setting for Rituals Involving Indigo 2012 Indigo dye, water, 3D printed clay, terra cotta, porcelain, silk, thread, brass, wood, glass, performance In order to navigate body, gesture, object and space, Craft Mystery Cult has created a ritual site in the museum. Populated with substances and handformed objects, the site also periodically houses a body, appearing daily to quietly perform activities reflecting the meditative gestures of craft work. This is a site in careful motion, where objects are used and altered, and where the viewer has an opportunity to look with focus on single gestures relating the physical to the metaphysical.

Colorado State University Class-Student Work Digital Fabrication: Spring 2013 "This course is a think tank. In it we will develop responses to emerging digital manufacturing technologies. These responses will be both material objects and conceptual frameworks. We will gain an understanding of digital manufacturing tools in order to expand on the tools we already know. The tools we will gain are just the beginning of the conversation.  We will use the tools to develop the conversation around how and why these tools are used. We will pay special attention to the emerging conversation around open source design and manufacturing. "
