welcome As we approach the end of another Eventing Academy season, we'd like to thank you for playing your part in creating what would seem to be the beginning of a tradition.

Now completing its third year, we have watched as riders who started riding in the Eventing Academy, now go on to compete at Oktoberfest.

Our hope has always been that it would be possible to develop a community at Stable View, and the regular attendance, development of horse and rider through whatever challenges are faced on horseback, is an important ingredient in the growth and stature of the facility itself.

The intention of Stable View has always been to try new ideas, to then improve what we are offering and to remain open and available to discuss our mistakes and most important to learn. We've tried to avoid recirculating existing riders from what's already been offered in Aiken, we've attempted to increase the choices available to local, national, and international riders. While you can see that our Eventing program is well developed, we still have some work to do to achieve a similar penetration in Hunter Jumpers and Dressage. Fortunately, we are in a good position and are prepared to be patient.

What we are trying to achieve at Stable View is carefully planned. We are very deliberate, we try to not take risks and what we are attempting to achieve we would like to believe is sustainable. We would like to thank our colleagues for their hard work, the long hours that they work, also for their ideas and insights.

We invite competitors to attend our Graze & Gaze this Saturday the 14th from 5-7 for a Charcuterie board, beer, wine, and other beverages behind the Pavilion on the cross country course.
