HOW TO PLACE A BID

Scan the QR code below to access the OneCause auction on your mobile device.

Locate the Silent Auction on the bottom auction gavel (mobile).

The tab title might be named something other than “Silent Auction.”

Choose an item from the list and click the image or description to open bidding. You must be registered or buy a ticket for the event to bid.

Use the +/ - buttons to increase or decrease your bid amount. The initial amount shown is the minimum amount for the next bid.

Select the “Place Bid” button and confirm your bid. Enter your credit card, if not already on file.

Set a Max Bid (optional) using the +/ - buttons or type in a custom amount. Not interested? Select “Not Now.”

TERMS & PROCEDURES

1. All Sales Are Final – Sales are final as of Saturday, April 5, 2025. No exchanges or refunds. Some items may have restrictions, including expiration dates, participant age limits, and blackout dates.

2. Item Pickup – Items may be picked up the night of the event or at the St. Nicholas School office (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM). For pickup questions, contact Kate McBryar at (423) 8991999 or kmcbryar@stns.org.

3. Checkout Process – At the end of the evening, each winner must sign or initial their purchases at the checkout desk. Charges may be billed to your St. Nicholas account or paid via check or credit card.

4. Shared Purchases – Payment for shared items cannot be split at checkout and must be paid for by a designated bidder.

5. Winning Bids – Silent auction items will be awarded to the highest bidder, as determined by the auction official who circles the winning bid number.

All items have been generously donated. While every effort has been made to accurately describe and catalog them, all items are sold as is.

PK3 CLASS PARTY: FIRE AND ICE

Join us for an exciting afternoon of FIRE AND ICE! A firetruck and firemen will come to campus to visit and teach us about what they do, and give us a tour of their truck! Following this exciting visit, we will share a yummy frozen treat! This party is scheduled for the afternoon of May 8 during school.

ELC CLASS PARTY: RIVERWALK OR RIDE

Meet at the Riverwalk with your bike and your tennis shoes for an ELC Adventure! Children and parents will accompany the ELC teachers for a bike ride or a walk on the Tennessee Riverwalk. We will also have a snack and time to play on the playground. This event is scheduled for May 3 from 9 to 10:30 am. Rain date set for May 10 from 9 to 10:30 am.

LOWER PRIMARY CLASS PARTY: LEGO WITH LOWER!

LEGO with Lower! Join your Lower Primary teachers in a builda-thon Lego afternoon. This event takes place April 8 from 3 to 4 pm at the Lower Primary cottage.

LEVEL 5 CLASS PARTY: TIE DYE PARTY

Peace, Love and Tie Dye! We will enjoy Tie dying on the lawn while eating tie dye treats. This event takes place April 9 from 3 to 4 pm at the Middle Primary cottage It’s a Level 5 Student only event and will be so much fun!

LEVEL 6 CLASS PARTY: KARAOKE

Come join us for a Krispy Kreme AND Karaoke Party! Sing your heart out to your favorite tunes with lights, costumes, and video while you snack on a sweet treat.

This party is exclusively for Level 6 St. Nicholas School Students and will occur 3 to 4 pm on Tuesday, April 15. Don’t miss out and get your ticket now!

LEVEL 7 CLASS PARTY: SENIOR SPLASH

Sign your student up so they can join us for a “SENIOR” Splash Luau! We will enjoy a fun-filled afternoon of music, games, snacks, swimming, and even a few raffle prizes. We hope to see everyone there to hula down with friends.

This party is exclusively for Level 7 St. Nicholas School students. The is scheduled for May 5 from 3 to 4 p.m. with a rain date of May 12. Don’t miss out and get your ticket now!

PK3 Students “LITTLE ONES WITH GREAT HEARTS”

PK3 students used their tiny hands to shape clay hearts, which were then fired, glazed in mother of pearl, and refired. The finished hearts are beautifully mounted on a gold background.

HAPPY HOUR AT THE FRUIT BAR

An iconic scene that could represent many different bars in many different places. This particular bar scene was influenced by the bar at the late and great Brass Register on Georgia Avenue, Chattanooga, TN. Happy Hour at the Fruit Bar was originally etched and printed in the early 2000s while Sharon was printmaking at Arkansas State University. This framed piece measures 18” wide x 14” tall.
