Despite rehearsals and incidents on stage. Middle School's professionalism showed through on production nights. Dames at Sea was a great success which pointed out talents that will certainly be exploited in future Upper School productions.

Ring Day this year was a very successful event. Preparation for the ceremony began with the matching of Juniors and Seniors. Each Senior gave a ring to a Junior as a traditional symbol of the Senior's departure and the Junior's acceptance of responsibility.

Practices were held a week before the day with Father Byrd organizing the proper steps to the ceremony. When the day finally arrived, all the boys appeared in their coats and ties and the girls in their bright spring dresses. After a brief speech by Mr. Jonassen, the rings were given. Following this, everyone socialized at the reception outside the Chapel which was sponsored by the Mother's Club, and then to Augie's restaurant for a delicious lunch.
