St. Luke’s members are urged to attend a joint worship service hosted by New Direction Church (5330 E. 38th St.) when Pastor Rob Fuquay brings the message. Pastor Kenneth Sullivan Jr. and a joint praise team of musicians from both congregations will also participate. The event is part of a wider conversation on race and faith, which includes workshops and dialogue between the churches.
