COMMUNION CELEBRATING CELTIC SPIRITUALITY
with J. Philip Newell J. Philip Newell, an internationally known theologian/writer, lives in Edinburgh, Scotland and has a base at Ghost Ranch, New Mexico here in the US. His writings speak into the heart of the quest for new beginnings in our individual lives and in the larger world. He combines the Celtic love for all creation with a deep desire for interfaith understanding and appreciation. He is on the road teaching and preaching most of the year (see speaking schedule at www.salvaterravision.org) and preached the 2011 Christmas Day sermon on Day 1 Radio, heard by 500,000 listeners around the world.

He will be at St. Luke’s on Friday, May 18, 7-8:30PM in Robertson Chapel ($15 at the door) to speak on Celtic Spirituality. On Saturday, May 19 he will lead an all-day workshop, 9AM-4PM, based on his most recent book A New Harmony: the Spirit, the Earth and the Human Soul. Location of the workshop is Christian Theological Seminary, 100 W. 42nd St, Indianapolis. Registration is required, fee is $60.
