As the relief efforts in Haiti continue for months and years ahead, monetary donations are critical. If you would like to make a donation to the St. Luke’s Haiti Relief fund, you may do so online at www.stlukesumc.com, or place a check in the offering plate made out to St. Luke’s UMC with Haiti Relief Fund on the memo line. All donations received will be split evenly between the United Methodist Committee on Relief, and our St. Luke’s World Mission projects in Haiti. As volunteer opportunities become available, they will be posted on our website and communicated from our World Missions Commission. There will be a need for volunteers, but it is anticipated that it will be several months before volunteer mission trips can take place. If you are interested in being contacted about going on a mission trip, contact Jan Nichols, St. Luke’s Coordinator of World Missions Projects, at nicholsj@stlukesumc.com, or 8463404 x364.
