Diana Fernandez Caumol is a mixed-media artist born and raised in Cochabamba, Bolivia. A graduate from Butler University and proud member of St. Luke’s, Diana is passionate about using art to tell stories and bring communities together. Caumol’s art is not for sale at this time, but there will be an artist reception to celebrate on June 14, so join us then!

NEW STAFF ANNOUNCEMENT
We are thrilled to share that Rachel Haines Cowart has been appointed as St. Luke’s new Minister of Care and Contemplation! Rachel is a lifelong United Methodist from Fort Wayne. Rachel’s first Sunday will be June 28, with an official start date of July 1!

Starting Point is a 30-minute orientation to St. Luke’s. You’ll meet others who are new and leave with a next step to help you find your place within the church. This is a great way to become familiar with who we are and how we live out our faith. No registration is needed!

SELF-ADVOCATES OF INDIANA SPEAKER PANEL

Join us for a special Disability Pride Month presentation and panel featuring members of Self-Advocates of Indiana (SAI). In recognition of National Disability Independence Day—the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)— panelists will share their experiences and discuss inclusion, belonging, and accessibility in our communities and churches. A Q&A will follow the presentation. All are welcome.

Pat Thiel on the death of his sister, Diane Stone, who passed away on April 18, 2026. Memorial service will take place on June 29th at 10 am at St. Luke’s UMC.
Jerome Thompson on the death of his wife, Doris Thompson, who passed away on June 18th. A graveside service took place on June 25th at Crown Hill.
Frank Dunbar & the Jones family on the death of Mary Dunbar who passed away on June 18th. Memorial services are pending at St. Luke’s UMC.
