Today, the St Lawrence Center offers a home and community for the nearly 5,0 received sacraments at the Easter Vigil – a record-breaking number and a clea Lawrence Center staff and volunteers, and the local Catholic community
Many notable firsts can be traced back to 1986; the first Oprah Winfrey show, the first Top Gun movie, the first IBM laptop computer, the Jayhawks’ winning season with Coach Larry Brown and Danny Manning, and, of course, the dedication of the St Lawrence Chapel and grounds
A Ruby Anniversary symbolizes the passion, strength, and love that has burned brightly for four decades With your generous support and continued prayers, the St Lawrence Center will surely continue to shine for generations of future Jayhawks!
