Membersofthisgroupundergotrainingtounderstandthevariousmethodsusedbynonprofitstosecurefundsandthecrucial roleofnurturingandmaintainingdonorrelationships.BloodhoundAmbassadorsareexpectedtopossessadeeppassionfor SJAandpossessin-depthknowledgeabouttheschool'smission,history,facilities,andprograms.

Requirements:
1. Attendatleast85%ofscheduledmonthlymeetings.
2. Achieve85%participationinrequiredfunctions.
3. Provideexcusedabsenceswhennecessary,suchasforillness,familyoutings,or school-sponsoredactivities(Ex.Sportrelated,retreats,conferences,etc.).
4. Committotheannualfundraisingcampaignandcompleteaminimumof2hoursofcallingduring SaintJoseph’sDay.

Board Positions
Board Positions, duties and responsibilities:
President: The president should be a student who possesses leadership, organizational and time-management skills The president should also be personable, flexible and willing to work with a variety of students, teachers, administrators and parents. The president will be responsible for leading monthly meetings and will also attend monthly executive board meetings. The president must oversee student activity, events, and planning.
Vice-President: The vice-president should be a student who possesses leadership, organizational and time-management skills. The vice-president shouldalsobepersonable,flexibleandwillingtoworkwithavariety of students, teachers, administrators and parents. The vice president will lead student council meetings in the absenceofthepresidentandmustattendmonthlyexecutiveboardmeetings.
Secretary: The secretary should be a student who possesses excellent note taking and communication skills. He/she will be in charge of taking attendance during the meetings and must assist the President in creating the agendaforthefollowingmeeting.
Treasurer: The treasurer should be a student who possessesexcellentmathandaccountingskills.He/Sheshould also have organizational and time-management skills. The treasurerwillberesponsibleforthefinancialactivities of the organization, including Saint Joseph Day, Dress Down Days, and other money involving events. He/She mustattendmonthlyexecutiveandregularmeetings.
Special Events Coordinator: He/She will bring forth any events they feel will benefit the organization.He/She will be responsible for creating graphics and promoting said events. He/She will be in charge of acquiring the necessaryBAsforeventsheldthroughouttheyear.
