Transforming Hearts and Community Through Jesus' Love

A LETTER FROM THE RECTOR

Dear Beloved Members and Friends of St. Gregory’s,

As we enter this year’s Stewardship season, I find myself filled with gratitude for the people who gather here, the prayers that rise from this sacred place, and the Spirit that continues to move among us in new and life-giving ways.

Our theme this year is “Hope Grows Here.” And indeed, it does.

It grows in the joyful laughter of children learning in Sunday School.

It grows in the shared silence of prayer and the soaring music that fills our sanctuary.

It grows in every hot meal served through Meals with Meaning, every note sung in the choir, every hand extended in love and service.

St. Gregory’s has always been more than our building and campus. St. Gregory’s is a garden of faith, tended by generations, rooted in Christ, and nourished by your prayers, your presence, and your generosity. Together, we are growing something lasting. Something holy. Something hopeful.

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

—Romans 15:13

As you review this year’s Stewardship materials, I invite you to reflect on what St. Gregory’s means to you and how you might respond with faith, love, and commitment. Your pledge helps ensure that our mission continues to flourish. Whether you’re giving for the first time or recommitting once again, your gift makes our mission and ministries possible.

With gratitude for all we share and all we are becoming,

I remain Faithfully yours,

Andrew+

INSPIRING HOPE: MAKING A DIFFERENCE TOGETHER

Discipleship and Formation: Cultivating Faith for Life

We believe that faith is not a solitary journey but a shared path of growth, guided by God’s grace and nurtured in community. Through worship, study, service, and prayer, we grow together, deepening our relationship with Christ and one another. As we invest our time, talents, and resources in the life of the church, we strengthen the foundation of faith for ourselves and future generations. Stewardship is more than giving—it is a spiritual practice that shapes us, forms us, and binds us together as the Body of Christ. Together, we are growing in faith and building a vibrant, faithful future through new initiatives like The Center for Spiritual Formation.

Outreach and Evangelism: Where Love Reaches and Hope Grows

Love reaches far and wide through ministries that meet both immediate needs and long-term hopes. Our Meals with Meaning ministry offers daily nourishment and dignity to those who are facing food insecurity, while Family Promise provides shelter, stability, and encouragement to homeless families in transition. Across the globe, hope grows as children in Bondeau, Haiti, are fed and educated, and as children in Madagascar gain access to education that opens doors to a brighter future. Your stewardship makes these acts of compassion possible, extending Christ’s love beyond our walls and planting seeds of hope that will flourish for years to come.

Pastoral Care: Caring and Compassion Through the Love of Jesus

We believe that every human being is created in God’s image. We seek to love everyone, without exception. We embody this love in our congregation through such ministries as clergy visitations, Stephen Ministry, our healing ministry, the prayers of the Daughters of the King, our Caring Callers, and our Lay Eucharistic Visitors. We are a community of disciples that care for one another with the abundant compassion of Christ.

Worship: A Sanctuary Where Hope Flourishes

Worship is the heartbeat of our life in Christ—a sacred gathering where God’s presence renews us, lifts our spirits, and sends us forth to share His love. Through inspiring liturgy, uplifting music, thoughtful preaching, and the beauty of our sacred space, hope takes root and grows within us. Here, prayers are lifted, burdens are shared, and faith is strengthened as we come together as one body. Your stewardship sustains this vibrant worship, supporting the ministries, music, and spaces that make our sanctuary a place where hope truly flourishes.

The power of the Holy Spirit and your generous giving make our mission and ministries possible! Thank you!!

At just 20, I’ve found a spiritual home at St. Gregory’s, where faith and beauty meet in music. The soaring voices of the choir and Tim’s world-class organ playing don’t just fill the sanctuary—they lift my soul. This church has shown me that worship can be as breathtaking as it is grounding, and I love it here with all my heart. - Jacob Beavin

WIDE OPEN HEARTS AND WIDE OPEN DOORS

REACHING OUT TO LOVE AND SERVE

Our hearts and doors are open not only to our beloved members, but to the wider community. St. Gregory’s shares its space and resources with organizations including recovery groups, Scouts, art classes, and summer reading programs, among others.

Serving over 400 guests each week, Meals with Meaning continues to grow in demand as we strive to inspire hope in every guest we serve. Through this ministry, we live out our slogan of Feeding the Mind, Body & Spirit by providing nourishing meals and pantry food, essential items, and spiritual enrichment.

Beyond Boca, our capacity to love and serve blossoms in communities such as Bondeau, Haiti, and the Diocese of Toliara, Madagascar. Through longstanding, sustainable partnerships with organizations like Food for the Poor, the Order of St. John, Palm Beach County Food Bank, B’nai Torah Congregation’s Hands on Tzedakah, and others—we’re nurturing hope across continents.

FOSTERING INTERFAITH RELATIONSHIPS AND SHARING LOVE ACROSS OUR DIFFERENCES

St. Gregory’s demonstrates an unwavering commitment to building meaningful relationships across diverse faith traditions. Our energetic and faithful participation in BRICA (Boca Raton Interfaith Clergy Association) and BRIYA (Boca Raton Interfaith Youth Association) exemplifies our pledge to maintain and expand these relationships.

The best thing I did in 2025 is to join St Gregory’s. Here I have found community and friendship - especially within Women’s Bible Study - opportunities for learning with Reverend Robyn and The Center for Spiritual Formation, and a place to be of service. St. Gregory’s has become for me both a spiritual home and a source of comfort and love; a place where my faith is becoming part of who I am and not just something I am doing. -Rose Sandoval

YOUR 2026 PLEDGE: TURNING HOPE INTO REALITY

St. Gregory’s has changed lives, inspired hope, and made a meaningful impact over the years, but none of it would have been possible without your steadfast support. Your generous commitment empowers us to continue doing God’s work, making a difference, and instilling hope in our community as Christ calls us to do. As you prayerfully reflect on your support, please consider your 2026 stewardship pledge so St. Gregory’s can continue fulfilling God’s mission.

PRAY. As you pray, please consider expressing your gratitude through a pledge, such as a percentage of what God has bestowed upon your family.

ACT. Make your pledge by completing the enclosed pledge card and returning it in the envelope provided, or fill out the online pledge form at www.stgregroysepiscopal.org/pledge. The more pledges we receive, the better we can prepare our church budget for the coming year.

PRAY AGAIN. Once you have turned in your pledge, pray once more. Ask for the grace to fulfill your pledge throughout 2026, and pray that St. Gregory’s servant leaders and all our parishioners remain faithful stewards of the gifts entrusted to us.

As we embark on this journey, let us grow in hope together, united in faith and generosity.
