Cancelations

Eachchildisautomaticallyregisteredforanyfieldtripintheweek(s)registeredforcamp. Theremaybeadditionalformstofilloutforcertainfieldtrips.Theformswillbeprovidedin advance.Iftheformisnotcompletedinadvance,thechildwillnotbepermittedtoattend thefieldtrip.

CorrectiveActions&Discipline
Apositiveapproachisusedfordiscipline.Ifinappropriateconductoccurs,apromptresolutionwillbesoughtspecificto eachindividualsituation.Staffwillmaintainopencommunicationwithparentswhenadisciplineproblemoccurs.All disciplinaryissueswillbedocumentedonanincidentformandtheparentwillberequiredtosigntheincidentform whenthechildispickedupthatday.
Violentoraggressivebehavior,leavingcamppremisesoranysituationsdeemedunsafebystafftowardsone'sself, anotherchild,orstaffmembermayresultintheimmediatedismissalofthechildfromtheSummerFunDayCamp Program.IfthechildisdismissedfromtheProgram,norefundoffeeswillbemade.
