The parking lot included 13 spaces, and 2 ADA spaces. I located a retention basin, plaza, 2 buildings, and tennis courts. Additionally, I laid out and graded stairs and ADA ramps throughout the site. I also designed and graded swales around the building, and used drain inlets, culverts, curb cuts, swales and basins as necessary to manage stormwater. After my design was complete, I labeled the slopes and important spot elevations, connceted the countour lines back to existing elevations at the property line, and located new trees on the property.
