JONAH ADAMS

During my time here at St. Stephen’s and St.

Agnes...

I have accomplished numerous tasks in Track and Field by constantly improving and setting new PRS. I have consistently been able to qualify for the VISAA state track meet and act as a leader for my younger teammates throughout the past two years running. I also got the chance to run at Penn Relays.

After I graduate I plan to...?

I plan to continue to run in college likely at the club level. I want to continue to improve on my potential and stay in shape while doing the sport I fell in love with. Track and Field has helped me become a better man and helped build my mental toughness. Additionally, I also have made friendships with new people that I will cherish for the rest of my life. I will remember all the episcopal loops I ran and the hard workouts I toughed out with my teammates at my side.

ANDREW BREMNER

I would love to continue this in college remember all the episcopal loops I ran and the hard workouts I toughed out with my teammates at my side.

RAEI LEGESSE

During my time here at St. Stephen’s and St. Agnes...

The personal goals that I have achieved within my sport have been more team based for sure. While I may have never been the strongest or fastest member on the team, I think that the connections I made with the people on the team have been the most important part. Its amazing to have a community of people from all the grades who work towards goals

After I graduate I plan to...?

I will not be doing track and field in college, but what I will remember most is the environment. Everyone truly feels like they’re apart of the team, and the experience and feeling of being on the team is something I hope I’ll find again in the future.

Attend the University of Richmond and major in political science. I look forward to continue running, even if it is just on my own.
