Interactive Maintenance and Engineering Documentation (IMED) is a digital information tool for Operations & Maintenance (O&M). Buildings are increasingly complex. The volume of O&M information required to ensure peak performance continues to grow. IMED provides access to digital engineering and O&M data that can be accessed through any Microsoft Windows operating system. The customized program organizes all engineering information to provide replica paper documents in a readily stored, accessible, and secure format. The familiarity, structure, and layout of paper documents is retained for ease of use. IMED is non-proprietary and requires no licensing fees.
