SSR is an industry leader in the Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) field. CEI is more than sending a project representative out to a site once per week to make sure everything is going according to plan. It requires several individuals to work on the project simultaneously because of the level of quality assurance and reporting required. Our team has the ability to provide day-today inspection, EPSC inspections, material inspection, assurance testing, construction management, and our field personnel maintain electronic records for ease of access for the duration of the project. Our staff includes numerous former department of transportation personnel that offer an unparalleled level of expertise in local, state, and federal requirements. SSR also offers a strong background in Local Programs Administration (LPA) projects. SSR has been contracted by the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) to administer LPA training to municipalities across the state and our firm also employs the former LPA Director from the Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) and the former Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) Construction Director.
