Those who know me know how much time I have spent to achieve this. Whether it was just not the right time, or it was the right time but not the best shot or my buck fever gets the best of me.

I got in the stand at 12:30, feed times showed a major at 2, I did not see a deer until 6:30. Yes….. I sat in the tree the whole time. Finally at 7:13, the stars lined up just right and after a few adjustments and a last minute decision, I got this stud!!

I am still on cloud 9! My first archery buck, In velvet, green scores 176!!! Hell yeah!!

A shout out to some amazing people who helped me get this done. First is my husband, for all the time, teaching and more importantly helping me control my nerves! You are my rock and I really appreciate you.
