Insurance – only for nerds?

You may often come across a variety of myths about the insurance industry, for instance, working in this industry is boring, it is very complex and insurance lacks any innovation. Are these myths true? For sure, not! We invite you to peek into the daily life of an insurance specialist at BTA and learn more about the working environment in this industry.

No working day is the same Every day, insurance specialist helps the customer to obtain the necessary insurance policy and provide peace of mind for the customer’s property, health, car, as well as other situations of life, requiring insurance. And, just as there are no two people exactly the same, the needs of each individual differ, and that is why there are no two business days quite exactly the same. One day it is assisting a customer in selecting the most appropriate travel insurance, another – to navigate the intricacies in the range of drone, event or marine vessel insurance offers. There is more to that, an insurance specialist also needs to be a master communicator, to be able to get on the same page with each customer.

With the development of various technologies and artificial intelligence, insurance solutions also keep becoming more innovative. Today, by means of our health insurance app video call function, you can contact a medic in a matter of a couple of hours, you may as well obtain a CASCO policy for your car really fast and easy by means of an artificial intelligence tool of ours.
