Anthony Valles, a Sophomore on the Cross Country team began running just a few years ago. He immediately enjoyed the sport but wanted to do better. Much better. So with the support and encouragement of his mother, he began to set goals to improve his times. It started out slow with practicing running on his own time but shortly turned into better eating habits and so much more. His mother, Susie works at St. Edmond as a custodian and supports her son 100%. At his meets, she is known for running through the course herself to meet and cheer him on around the next bend. Keep working hard, Anthony!
